Oasis of Hope Center opened April 30, 2007. Since that time, we have been blessed by offering medical services to persons who have NO insurance coverage (including private insurance, or any government sponsored medical coverage) and who also make less than 200% above federal poverty guidelines. We have had thousands of patient visits, offering the following services:
Urgent care Minor emergency care Wellness exams for our clients Ongoing disease monitoring Ongoing disease treatment Some cancer screening Assistance with medications we prescribe Some immunizations Health education Life-skills education classes We request that you make an appointment for services by calling our office (616) 451-8868 during our office hours, which are: MONDAY : 9AM – 7 PM WEDNESDAY : 1PM – 6PM SATURDAY: 8AM – 1 PM
